Help us keep our church open

It costs about £220 per day to keep our church open for everyone.

We do not receive annual grants to help with our costs and all our expenses are paid by our parishioners, pilgrims and visitors.

If you feel you are able to help us keep St Michael's open for daily prayer, services and quiet reflection, please consider a donation or regular payment using the Parish Giving Scheme.

If you are a new giver wishing to use the parish giving scheme (PGS):

  1. Search for www.parishgiving.org.uk

  2. Set up an account

  3. Once set up go to ’find my parish’

  4. Find the tab: ‘Givers’

  5. Scroll down until you find ‘Setting up Gift’

If you are a current giver and wish to increase your giving:

  1. Search for www.parishgiving.org.uk

  2. Sign in to your account at PGS

  3. Click on‘Check current gifts’

  4. Click on ‘Manage’

  5. Amend your giving and confirm.
